About Me

My interest and love of animals began early in my childhood. I’ve raised every pet imaginable.   I’ve lead my life as an avid outdoors man studying all of nature.   Through this lifelong interest in nature and animals, I’ve acquired and intrinsic understanding of animal habitats and behaviors.

Saint Michael’s Canine Services transpired from the recognition I received after I trained my two Brittany Spaniels.  The quality of my dogs’ training and behavior sparked the interest of bird hunters to have me work with their dogs.

This interest began to expand into obedience training.  I began working in pet owners’ homes and that expanded into rehabilitating dogs with behavioral problems.  My Career has gone through three phases. I began as an amateur, progressing to semi-professional, and presently professional.

 The basic foundation of all domestic dogs of today,  were the wolves, coyotes and foxes of the wild, which I consider my formal teachers. My studies still continue and I constantly learn from all that nature and mans’ best friend has to offer.
